failure to follow my TOS will cause you to get a strike!

there are strikes but if you get 2 strikes ur in my blacklist!

blacklisted users are NOT allowed to receive any designs I have created.

Any designs/artwork they have gotten from me before being blacklisted are still theirs until traded to a new owner, which they are not allowed to get back.

Commercial use of my artwork or designs are not allowed unless discussed personally.

Do NOT resell my adopts you got from me for a higher price you bought them for!

please Do NOT use my designs/Adopts for NFT’s or anything related to it.

if the adopt has a TH profile, only sell them to those who have a TH.

please do not change an adopt to where it’s unrecognizable.

Don't delete the character, I prefer that you give it away or give back it to me.

please do not use my design for NSFW!!

Don’t claim my art as yours.

When crediting me use my Toyhouse, twitter or Instagram account.

If commissions are closed they are CLOSED. You have to wait till they’ll eventually open again.

I won’t take refunds/redo the commission if you aren’t satisfied with it, although, you can ask for a refund if no work has been done!

Contact me in my dms if you want a better picture! (I use email or Instagram when I send the better quality pic).

Pay me before I show you the finished product !

please make sure to send clear reference of the character!

You can use my art (edit, icon, post, etc) by giving the respective credits.

Dont resell my art.

If any of my pieces contain my signature, don't remove it.

Holds on adopts will only be placed for a maximum amount of 1-2 weeks, after that it will cause the adopt to immediately be put off hold.

Adopt must be owned for atleast a week or longer before they can be reselled/traded.

Bidding, offering, or claming means you read and follow my tos

PLEASE don't back out or delay your bid/claim/payment!

you only have three days to pay when I accept your offer/bid/payment unless you ask for a hold!

just wanted to say, if I transfer a character to you and you don't get them, PLEASE message me about it so that i can resend the character!

I usually wait a few days/weeks before I respond to offers/bids!

during the time I'm waiting for more offers/bids, if two people ab's, and one has a hold, while the other doesn't, im most likey to choose the person who didn't have a hold!

FREE designs may not be sold unless commissioned art has been added.

Designs obtained via TRADES may not be resold but can be traded.

Designs obtained via SALES may not be sold for more than their base value + commissioned art value.
